What we have here are livable neighborhoods, water everywhere, a legitimate Downtown just this side of vibrant, history, a solid economic base resistant to national and global downturns, and a citizenry educated not just by our half dozen institutes of higher learning, but by all the cities around the world in which we’ve visited and lived.
